Emergency First Aid for Carers
General first aid for carers covering most emergency first aid situations, with special emphasis on the skills required by parents and carers i.e. persons with responsibility for the young, elderly or infirm.
4 hour course covers CPR (cardio pulmonary resuscitation), how to care for an unconscious casualty, control of bleeding, treatment of shock and choking. or
1 day course includes all of the topics covered in the above 4 hour course but in far greater detail and with the addition of the treatment of burns and fractures.
