Pre-CQC preparation and document reviews

Health and safety reviews

A review of your health and safety documents and information about your working arrangements to help identify potential gaps and areas for improvement affecting people receiving care, staff and visitors. The agreed scope may cover slips, trips and falls, moving and handling, COSHH, infection prevention, emergency procedures and staff safety.

We review supplied risk assessments, policies and records, including equipment maintenance and inspection records. Our findings are based on the information provided and can highlight where specialist assessment or further advice is needed.

Our online learning options can support subjects such as safeguarding, infection prevention, health and safety and other care-related topics, subject to course availability and suitability.

We help you identify skills gaps and bring online learning together with practical training and workplace supervision. Course completion is one part of development: staff also need opportunities to demonstrate understanding and apply their learning in practice.
